Delivery times vary depending on their destination. It will take anywhere from 2-14 working days via Regular Post or 1-5 days via Express Post.

We offer local pick up from our store at 84 Station Street Seymour, Victoria.

 

We can ship internationally upon request, contact us by emailing renee@cactuscollective.com.au to receive a estimated shipping cost.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. If you change your mind, we will happily exchange any unworn pieces within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase - such as a receipt or invoice. This providing the goods are unused, unworn and in original condition with all labels and tags attached.

 

Any additional postage costs that are incurred will be at the expense of the customer.

 

Returns

To return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the item you are exchanging it for. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty garment, please contact us by emailing renee@cactuscollective.com.au with images, your order/receipt number and a brief description of the issue.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash and must be used within twelve (12) months of purchase date.

 

Store Credits

Store credits cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash and must be used within Twelve (12) months of issue date.
